PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe small-sized injection mold capable of releasing such a mounting state that a fixed template and a movable template are brought into contact with each other by a lock means, in a short time at any time without requiring skill and of preventing the damage caused by dropping or the like, and to provide an injection molding machine equipped with it. SOLUTION: The injection mold is equipped with the movable template 1 held in a mold opening direction in a movable manner, the fixed template 2 held so as to be made movable in the mold opening direction along with the movable template 1 by a predetermined distance, the lock means 3 for respectively integrally arranging the movable template 1 and the fixed template 2 inside a close contact state on a parting line 11 to preliminarily regulate tensile force to bring them to a lock state in the close contact state and a lock releasing means 4 for releasing the lock state of the lock means 3 from the outside.
