PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft press-fitting device capable of horizontally setting a fitting body to a vertically supported shaft, easily adjusting the coaxiality and perpendicularity, and executing high-precision press-fitting even to high-load and high-speed press-fitting under a stable load without causing looseness and deflection among components. SOLUTION: The shaft press-fitting device 100 is composed of a shaft pressing jig 110, which is provided with a built-in first center pin 114 vertically arranged while facing one end of the shaft 130 so as to pressingly support the center of the one end of the shaft 130 by receiving pressure of a compression spring 115 on a rear face, and a fitting-body receiving jig 120 which is provided with a built-in second center pin 124 arranged coaxially with the first center pin 114 while facing the other end of the shaft 130 so as to pressingly support the center of the other end of the shaft 130 by receiving pressure of a compression spring 125 on a rear face and has a cradle 123 for horizontally supporting the fitting body 140 on the upper face.
