An autoanalyzer comprising measuring section (20) for measuring of a test sample-reagent reaction liquid accommodated in a reaction vessel; sample probe (9) for sucking of a test sample from a sample vessel and discharging of the same into the reaction vessel; prove up-and-down arm (10) for up-and-down moving of the sample probe with respect to the sample vessel; and control section (32) for controlling of the prove up-and-down arm so as to render the velocity of entry of the sample probe in the liquid surface of the test sample for the n-th suction (n=2) of the test sample slower than the velocity of entry of the sample probe in the liquid surface of the test sample for the first suction of the test sample.
