An assembly structure of a bearing unit for a rotary body mounted on a timing chain cover and an assembly method thereof are provided to reduce noise generated from the bearing unit. An assembly structure of a bearing unit for a rotary body mounted on a timing chain cover includes a press groove, a counter hole(9), and a sealing unit. The press groove is formed at the timing chain cover to press a housing of the bearing unit. The counter hole is formed to pass through the press groove, coaxially with a rotary shaft of the bearing unit. The sealing unit seals the counter hole, and includes a plug bolt and a gasket. The plug bolt is engaged with the counter hole. The gasket is interposed between the plug bolt and the timing chain cover.
