A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device including the same are provided to improve reflection efficiency by forming microlenses having sizes and intervals therebetween decreasing from a central portion toward an outer portion on an organic insulating layer. A pixel layer(220) is formed on a transparent substrate, and includes pixels portions having a transparent area and a reflective area and formed in a matrix configuration. An organic insulating layer(230) is formed on the pixel layer, and includes thereon microlenses(231) having sizes decreasing away from a center, correspondingly to the reflective area. A transparent electrode(240) is formed on the organic insulating layer. A reflective electrode(250) is formed on the transparent electrode correspondingly to the reflective area.
