A muffler hanger for a vehicle is provided to improve assembly and maintenance efficiency by increasing the size of a hanger hole when a rod hanger is inserted or by reducing the size of the hanger hole after inserting the rod hanger. A muffler hanger for a vehicle includes a cylinder(22), wings(26), a cover(24), a pushing portion, and a pushed portion(40). The cylinder is tightly fitted into each hanger hole in the muffler hanger. The wings are hinge-coupled to an upper end of the cylinder. The cover includes a lower space in which the wings are installed, and is rotatably engaged with an upper end of the cylinder to push a free end of the wing inward or restores it to the original position. The pushing portion pushes the wing inward. The pushed portion is integrally formed on the outer surface of the wing and is pushed by the pushing portion.
