An oxygen dissolving apparatus which can increase the oxygen dissolving ratio in water by easily mixing oxygen with supply water and ejecting the oxygen mixed supply water again, and which is operated without power to substantially reduce energy is provided. An oxygen dissolving apparatus comprises: a dissolving tank(10) which has a supply water pipe(11) connected to an upper portion thereof, and in which a plurality of perforated plates(14) are installed; and an oxygen mixing part(20) formed on an upper portion of the dissolving tank to mix supply water with oxygen supplied by an oxygen supplying means, wherein the oxygen supplying means comprises: a buoy(30) which is installed in a buoyancy tank(17) installed on a water surface gauge(16) of the dissolving tank, and which has a first magnet(31) adhered to an upper portion thereof; an oxygen discharge member which is installed at an upper side of the buoyancy tank to discharge oxygen flown in through an oxygen inlet to an oxygen outlet; a flow meter(60) connected to the oxygen inlet to measure the flow amount of oxygen; a transfer pipe(62) for transferring oxygen discharged through the oxygen outlet to an oxygen supply hole(22) of the oxygen mixing part; and an ejection guiding plate(65) which is installed adjacently to an end portion of the oxygen mixing part such that the ejection guiding plate is spaced from the oxygen mixing part, and which is bent upward to a predetermined angle.
