STEAM EXHAUST UNIT

A steam evacuation unit is provided to exhaust the steam exactly although an electric pot or a rice cooker is disposed near the center of a receiving shelf. A steam evacuation unit(1) is composed of a housing(2); a duct for making steam suction ports(3A,3B) and a steam exhaust port(4) installed at the housing communicate with each other; an intake/exhaust blower sucking the steam from the steam suction port through the duct and exhausting the steam from the steam exhaust port; a recessed space part(5) recessed toward the inside of the housing over the entire bottom part of the housing; and flat steam dispersing plates(7A,7B) installed in the recessed space part with facing plural suction ports of the duct. The steam suction ports are formed around the steam dispersing plate and near the center of the recessed space part.
