<p>The construction is for sealing a plate (9) against the wall of a container in which bitumen or material containing tar are recycled, such as roof-covering material, with possible inlays such as polyester tissue or similar. Sealing is achieved by a spiral spring (1) fitted above and beneath the longitudinal periphery of the tank plate and presses against the tank wall (2) and in which rollers (3) are fitted, which with reduced clearance fit in the internal diameter of the spiral spring winding (4). The clearance between the plate in the container and the tank wall has to be reduced in order to prevent dirt from the recycled roof covering above the filter plate emerging during the filter movement of the plate and thereby fouling the recycled bitumen above the filter plate.</p> |
