A manhole cover removal device required for repair and reinforcement of a manhole cover is provided to crush and excavate a road pavement around a manhole cover by rotating a rotary plate equipped with bits at high speed. The manhole cover removal device(10) required for repair and reinforcement of a manhole cover comprises a hydraulic motor(100) composed of a body provided with a hydraulic motor to generate rotary force and to transfer the rotary force to a rotary plate and a joint provided with a primary through hole to couple to a rotary plate, a rotary plate(200) provided with a projected groove to couple with the joint of the hydraulic motor and rotated at high speed with the rotary force generated from the hydraulic motor, and bits(300) welded to the outer circumferential surface of the rotary plate to crush and excavate a road pavement around a manhole cover. |
