A sample dispenser is provided to economically obtain an accurate result by filtering a tracer compound remaining after being bound to a glycosylated protein and then quantifying the glycosylated protein and prepare an analysis equipment without using an immuno-antibody, which is expensive and has a life-time limitation. The sample dispenser(40) comprises a capillary tube(41) for collecting sample, a sample injecting plunger(43) in which a capillary tube insertion hole(44) is formed to inject the collected sample, and a sample pre-treating container in which the sample injection plunger is mounted on one side and a sample dispensing hole(46) to dispense the sample is formed on the other side, wherein the pre-treating container contains a hemolysis preparation and a tracer compound. The dispenser further comprises a protein removing filtration layer in the sample pre-treating container.
