An inter-story fire prevention device is provided to prevent flames from being spread to an upper floor by inducing and blocking the flames occurring in a building in an outward direction. An inter-story fire prevention device includes an attached plate(10) having a coupling hole(11) for engaging with a fixing member, a porous plate(20) equipped with plural flame inlet ports(21) at regular intervals, an inclined plate(30) having an inclined surface, and a fire prevention panel(P) consisting of a front plate(40) and a lateral plate. Plural discharge ports(41) are formed on the front plate at regular intervals. The fire prevention panel is attached on the outer surface of a building by the fixing member. The fire prevention panel is made of noncombustible fabric for extinguishing flames sucked through the flame inlet ports of the porous plate.
