摘要 A lightweight high-strength form panel is provided to have excellent adiabatic and heat resistant properties by using a reinforced fiber mat layer, to make lightweight by manufacturing with waste fiber and to heighten strength by using a glass fiber layer and a mixed resin layer as a sheath. The invention relates to a form panel(200) having excellent heat resistance and strength, which comprises a reinforced fiber mat layer(10) manufactured by mixing cotton fiber fragments, synthetic fiber fragments and filler, beating cotton out with a willower and heating/pressing with a high-temperature press, a glass fiber layer(20) piled on two sides of the reinforced fiber mat layer, and a mixed resin layer(30) composed of 60~80 weight percent thermoplastic resins, 10~39.9 weight percent filler and 0.1~30 weight percent processing agent and placed on each one side of the glass fiber layer.
