A BLCD motor apparatus with a water cooling system is provided to maximize cooling efficiency by supplying cooling water with a concentration or divergence method. A BLCD motor apparatus with a water cooling system includes a motor water jacket, a unit water jacket, a supply divergence pipe(5,5'), and an inlet divergence pipe(6,6'). The motor water jacket and the unit water jacket are waterproof and formed on the external surface of a motor housing of a BLCD motor(10), and the external surface of a unit housing of a control unit(20) for controlling the motor. The motor water jacket and the unit water jacket are connected with a radiator(3) and a pump(4) through a supply pipe(1) and an inlet pipe(2) respectively. The supply divergence pipe(5,5') is formed at the other end of the supply pipe(1) of which one end is connected with the pump(4), and is connected with the inlet sides of the motor water jacket and the unit water jacket. The inlet divergence pipe(6,6') is formed at the other end of the inlet pipe(2) of which one end is connected to the radiator(3), and is connected with the outlet sides of the motor water jacket and the unit water jacket. The pump(4) is driven by the responses of a motor temperature sensor(13) and a unit temperature sensor(23) mounted on the motor housing of the BLCD motor(10) and on the unit housing of the control unit(20), and makes inner cooling water circulate in the motor water jacket and the unit water jacket through the supply pipe(1) and the inlet pipe(2).
