A delay pulse generator is provided to remove an operation error due to timing error between delay pulse signals, by generating two delay pulse signals maintaining constant gap between two rising edges and two falling edges. A delay pulse generator(212) generates first and second delay pulse signals(DPS1,DPS2) by receiving a reference signal. The first delay pulse signal generates a rising edge in response to a rising edge of the reference signal, and the second delay pulse signal generates a falling edge in response to a falling edge of the second delay pulse signal. The second delay pulse signal generates a rising edge in response to the rising edge of the first delay pulse signal, and generates a falling edge in response to the falling edge of the reference signal. The reference signal is a clock signal or an address transition detection signal.
