FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out rational psychotherapy session and the patient is transferred into modified consciousness condition. The patient is taught understanding of his/her actions and psychotherapist actions at rational therapy stage. Anamnesis data are collected and the causes are made clear that have brought the patient to present condition. Then the patient concentrates his/her attention at chosen object and enters into superficial trance condition. Comfortable episode is found in patient life and used as resource condition, when applying anchoring techniques. The patient is stimulated mentally producing body or organism system image, having in view his/her modality, or trying to feel them for correcting state. Each action is checked on ecological compatibility during the session. Dark background or discomfort sensation being detected, light background or comfortable body or organism system sensation is suggested to reproduce mentally. When making problems correction from social aspect position, negative patient actions and those done by other people are found, his/her correct behavior is newly modeled, and the psychotherapist suggests various variants of decision. The patient is stimulated to recognize his/her mistakes, to apologize, to change the situation. Self-estimation level is raised by ranging life values in putting his/her own "I" on the first place.
