JET-MATERIAL VISCOSITY MAINTAINING APPARATUS AND METHOD THE SAME

A jet material viscosity maintaining apparatus and a method thereof are provided to enable a jet material to be sprayed in optimal state by maintaining jet material's viscosity, to minimize the time, and to maintain the jet material at relative high temperature. A jet material viscosity maintaining apparatus comprises: a storage tank(51) with a storing space(51) to store jet materials(55); a preheating hole(59); a discharging hole(62) where the jet materials(55) is discharged; a main flow route; multiple branched flow routes(68) branched from the main flow route; an installing manifold(64) established in the storage tank(51); and a heater(70) providing heat to the jet material(55) moving in main flow route.
