<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device which can manage a light emission state by detecting light emitted from the device itself and can be intended to enhance an accuracy of brightness control. <P>SOLUTION: In the light source device in which a plurality of light emitting diode chips 202 are mounted on one surface of a substrate 201, an optical sensor 223 is formed for detecting light from at least a part of the plurality of light emitting diode chips 202 mounted on the one surface thereof, and further, a shading film provided with a gap for obtaining a pinhole lens effect is formed in an insulating layer on the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
