<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide weather-forecasting information having high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The analytical part of the fore casting data of the whether-forecasting system comprises reception of the designated point (step S21); forecasting data of the designated point and the forecasted data of a plurality of spots in a prescribed region of the other spot are respectively obtained (steps S22 and S23). Next, the forecasting data of the plurality of spots in the prescribed region are fit to a normal distribution, and the data out of allowable range are eliminated (steps S24 and S25). Regarding the forecasting data of the plurality of spots in a prescribed range, among the allowable range is eliminated, the maximum value and the minimum value are obtained (step S26).
