<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of displaying a plurality of types of performance symbols suited to the pinball game machine having a plurality of operation-start holes and special symbol display devices of the number equivalent to that of the operation-start holes. <P>SOLUTION: This game machine is so formed that a time obtained by adding a prescribed time to a residual time of the variable time of performance symbols, which are variably displayed interlocked with the ball entering in one operation-start hole, at a time when a ball enters the other operation-start hole is defined as a variation time of the performance symbols caused by the entering of the ball in the other operation-start hole.
