PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking apparatus capable of uniformizing cooking conditions while suppressing heating energy and water consumption and at the same time jetting out air to a food material without boiling hot water in a hot water vessel. SOLUTION: This cooking apparatus is provided with the hot water vessel 5 allowing the supply of the food material, a heater pipe 7 disposed at the bottom side in the hot vessel 5 for heating the water inside the hot vessel 5, a control means 8 controlling a burner 6 to keep the hot water in the hot water vessel 5 at a temperature immediately before the boiling, a jetting pipe 14 having an outlet 14a opened toward a position to be supplied with the food material, an introduction pipe 15 connected to the jetting pipe, and an air pump. The heater pipe is projectingly provided with a flue gas part 2 in the other end; and the introduction pipe 15 is extended inside the flue gas part 2 and a portion positioned on the most downstream side in the flue gas part 2 is formed into a coil form to transmit the heat of the flue gas flowing inside the flue gas part 2 to the air inside the introduction pipe 15.
