<p>To solve a problem of a short life of a printing mask (5) due to the fact that a patterning mask (2) is easily broken when there is a step or a protruding section at a portion where an object (6) to be printed on and the patterning mask (2) are in contact with each other and that the step and the protruding section locally make contact with the patterning mask (2), in the case of performing screen printing by using the printing mask (5). In the printing mask (5), the patterning mask (2) is manufactured to have two or more thicknesses in a screen fixed frame. Namely, at the end portion of the subject (6) or the step within the plane or at a position facing the both, a protecting layer (3) is arranged for preventing breakage by forming the patterning mask (2) thicker.</p> |
