<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of executing surely personal authentication of a patient, even when consciousness of the patient is not clear, to provide medical information of the patient, in a medical information provision system for providing the medical information of the patient to a medical institute and an emergency medical field, through a computer network. <P>SOLUTION: This medical information provision system for providing the medical information of the patient to the medical institute is provided with a database including the medical information of the patient and biometric authentication information of the patient, a biometric authentication processing part for authenticating biometrically the patient by collating the biometric authentication information of the patient received from the medical institute, with the biometric authentication information of the patient included in the database, and a medical information provision processing part for transmitting the medical information of the patient included in the database, to the medical institute, when the biometric authentication of the patient is successful. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
