DIRECT CURRENT MOTOR WITH BRUSH

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC motor with a brush capable of reducing a resonance phenomenon caused by noise and oscillation when driving the motor. SOLUTION: The DC motor includes: a rotating shaft 8 fixed at an armature core 5; a rotor formed by winding a coil 10 around the armature core; a rectifier 6 fixed on the rotating shaft; the brush 1 brought into pressure contact with the rectifier and electrically connected with an external power supply; and an end bracket 3 retaining a brush holder 2 for fixing the brush. The DC motor uses polybutene terephthalate resin material having a damping function for the material of the end bracket. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
