<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a crack in the boundary part between a solid part and a molding body having an expanded layer on the periphery of the base part of the solid part. <P>SOLUTION: A fixed mold 35 having a slide mold housing part 35b corresponding to the mounting part 19 of a carrier plate 9, a movable mold 37 arranged forward/backward movably to face the fixed mold 35, and a slide mold 39 which is arranged forward/backward movably in the slide mold housing part 35b and in which a chamfering part 39c is formed in its tip peripheral edge part are set. When a fiber-containing thermoplastic resin R is injected/packed in a cavity 43, the slide mold 39 is positioned so that its chamfering part 39c protrudes into the cavity 43. When a skin layer 27 is formed in the vicinity of the molding surface of a mold 33 for the fiber-containing thermoplastic resin R in the cavity 43, to prevent the enlargement of the cavity volume of a place corresponding to the slide mold, the slide mold 39 is made to follow the retreat action in the cavity volume enlargement direction A1 of the movable mold 37 to an arrow A2 to be advanced further in the cavity 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
