PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material plate having excellent moisture control performance and incombustibility. SOLUTION: The building material plate with a density in a range of 0.20-0.35 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and a thickness of 25-100 mm is obtained by sticking a granular material formed of perlite, with a binder formed of a natural adhesive such as glue.
