A loader for a pressing machine and a pressing machine system are provided to eliminate the necessity of increasing the size of the loader even when a product to be loaded has a large size. A loader(300) for a pressing machine includes loader arm posts(311,321) and at least a pair of loader arms(310,320) which have ends supported by the loader arm posts. The loader arms are horizontally extended from the ends of the loader arms. Each pair of the loader arms includes a pair of plate holding units for holding a carrier plate on which an object is loaded, and a pair of lift devices for moving the plate holding unit pair in a vertical direction relative to the loader arm pair.
