PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing fitting connection device which is available for use in combination with an existing reinforcing fitting to drastically increase the earthquake resistance of a structural skeleton, usable for connecting between building structural members at locations separate from each other, simple in structure, and low in cost. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fitting connecting device 1 is formed of: two connection plates 53, 55 which each have mounting holes 57 formed in one end thereof, for connecting the reinforcing fitting 3 thereto, and a slot 65 extending in a connecting direction, formed in the other end; an intermediate plate 59 interposed between the two connection plates 53, 55, and having a slot 69 formed at the center thereof; viscoelastic bodies 27 arranged between the connection plates 53, 55 and the intermediate plate 59, respectively; a bolt 61 inserted into the slots 65 formed in the respective two connection plates 53, 55, and the slot 69 formed in the intermediate plate 59, and functioning as a connection shaft connecting between the two connection plates 53, 55 in a manner relatively movable in the connection direction, and a nut 63.
