PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method capable of inspecting the fixing degree of U-phase, V-phase and W-phase by a simple method. SOLUTION: This fixing degree inspection method of a winding has a process wherein a conducting wire is wound on a stator core 25 of a rotating electrical machine to constitute the U-phase 521U, the V-phase 521V and W-phase 521W, and then the U-phase 521U, the V-phase 521V and W-phase 521W are fixed mutually with an insulating resin; and a process wherein a current is made to flow in the U-phase 521U, the V-phase 521V and W-phase 521W, and the fixing degree between the U-phase 521U, the V-phase 521V and W-phase 521W is inspected based on variation of each outer diameter of the U-phase 521U, the V-phase 521V and W-phase 521W.
