PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for productively manufacturing an exoergic composition molding in a desired shape and an exoergic body using the same, which uses a water exoergic composition as an exothermic material and which prevents the water exoergic composition from leaking/dropping by swelling a base material by the exothermic composition stored in a recess provided in a rotor peripheral face by centrifugal force in a centrifugal direction. SOLUTION: An exoergic composition supply part for supplying a moldable exoergic composition from outside, a cutoff part for cutting off the composition on the opening side of the recess, a base material supply part for supplying a base material along the opening side of the recess are provided in the recess of a hollow cylindrical rotor having the recess in a circumferential direction. When a face connecting the rotation axis of the cylindrical rotor and the cut off part is defined as a reference face, the base material is supplied at a positionθ1 in a rotational direction from the reference face and the formula: 0°<θ1≤60°is satisfied.
