PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out the manual work in a photogrammetric picture processor by providing a group connecting means, etc., which connects the groups of a prescribed number of pictures containing the same-position target to each other. SOLUTION: A prescribed number of pictures containing the same-position target is collected into the same group in accordance with the storing order of a picture storing medium. A group connecting means connects groups to each other by deciding one of the coordinate systems of all groups as a prescribed reference coordinate system and unifying the other coordinate systems to the reference coordinate system. Namely, when the movement mode button MVM of the screen of a display device is designated by using a mouse, a 'movement mode' is set and the arrangement of objects OB in a connection editing area CEA can be changed. Therefore, a photographing area can be displayed closely to the actual positional relation. Since this 'group connection' is visually performed by using a picture displayed on the screen, the operator can conduct operations by remembering the photographing condition of the picture.
