A power supply of a liquid crystal display device and a driving method thereof are provided to generate various logic voltages at a logic voltage generator by using an input voltage during a high voltage stress driving process. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module(80) includes an LCD panel(50), a gate driver(42), a data driver(40), a timing controller(46), a gamma voltage/common voltage generator(30), and a DC/DC converter(44). The gate and data drivers drive the LCD panel. The timing controller controls the gate and data drivers. The gamma voltage/common voltage generator generates a gamma voltage and a common voltage and supplies the voltages to the data driver and the LCD panel. The DC/DC converter generates various driving voltages. A data signal and plural synchronous signals are input, along with an input voltage, to the LCD module through a first connector(20). During a high voltage stress driving process, plural high voltage stress driving voltages are input to the LCD module from an external high voltage stress power board.
