PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contaminated soil treatment apparatus permitting efficient and highly reliable washing treatment of contaminated soil. SOLUTION: The contaminated soil treatment apparatus which washes the contaminated soil containing contaminates comprises a first processor part 23 transferring the contaminated soil and washing water while agitation-washing it under the condition of a small solid liquid ratio of the contaminated soil to the washing water, a second processor part 24 connected underneath the other side of the first processor 23 and transferring the contaminated soil transferred from the first processor part 23 while agitation-washing it under the condition of a large solid liquid ratio to the washing water, an overflow part 26 provided at the upper side of the second processor part 24 regulating an amount of the washing water in the first processor part 23 while overflowing fine particles enriched in the pollutants floating on a washing liquid and suspending in the washing water of the second processor part 24 are concentrated, and a discharge part 14 connected to the other side of the second processor part 24.
