PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film with the function of preventing its yellowing even if it contains a powdery detergent composed of a mixed powder of a silicate and a surface active agent and to provide a packaging bag made by using the laminated film with the yellowing prevention function. SOLUTION: The laminated film (10) is produced by laminating a substrate film (11) and a sealant material (12) and the sealant material (12) is made by using a polyolefinic resin being free of a phenolic anti-oxidant.
