PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine permitting easy fixing of nails in the periphery of a stage without breaking the stage because of the accidental hammering of the nails when the nails are hammered with a hammer for the adjustment. SOLUTION: The stage, on which game balls fed from a warp route are made to fall forward while rolling in the cross direction, is composed of the lower face of a horizontal slit 61. As a result, the stage does not project from the front face of a game board 30, and therefore, the nails 43 can be easily fixed in the periphery of the horizontal slit 61 without being interfered by the stage. Further, as the stage does not project from the front face of the game board 30, accidental breaking of the stage can be prevented when the nails 43 are hammered with the hammer for the adjustment.
