USER INTERFACE DEVICE, METHOD OF DISPLAYING PREVIEW IMAGE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface device excellent in operability.

SOLUTION: In the user interface device 10, with respect to image information read by a scanner 1, a preview generating unit 11 generates preview image information and region icon information indicating divided regions and displays the generated information on an operation displaying unit 15. A trimming generating unit 12 generates divided region information of the divided regions. The operation displaying unit 15 accepts a selection from region icons, and an item selecting unit 13 selects two process items in corresponding divided regions upon a designation from the region icons. A divided preview generating unit 14 displays the process items and the divided preview image after the processes in association with each other by performing the selected processes on the selected divided region information in a menu format.
