<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition curing with the irradiation of a radiation and also having good thermal stability, an inkjet-recording method by using the ink composition and a printed matter obtained by the inkjet-recording method, also a lithographic printing plate having high plate wear resistance by using the ink composition and a method for producing the lithographic printing plate. <P>SOLUTION: This ink composition contains (a) a diaryliodonium salt having ≥3 electron-donating groups in total on an aryl ring, (b) a cationically polymerizable compound and (c) a coloring matter.
