<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change binary (non-recording is defined as 0) bit code string by the conventional single-value recording, to record cell numeral information and zero information by the minimum kinds of elements and to make a non-recording space into a functional code. <P>SOLUTION: A unit module is cell-expressed by a plurality of elements E1-En and a composed element by the arbitrary positive or negative multiple of the basic numeral of radix and a non-element cell (space) is added and arrayed as a function code in an element cell where a plurality of elements and its composition are cell numeral information and zero information.
