PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formation of a coil sheathed with a resin using a powder resin at a low cost, and to improve a degree of freedom of a shape sheathed with the resin. SOLUTION: A powder resin 3 of a thermosetting resin is charged inside and outside a coil 1 accommodated in a molding die 2. The powder resin 3 is heated and solidified, thereby obtaining a coil sheathed with a resin 41 in which the coil 1 is embedded and fixed in a resin block 5 functioning as a sheath with a resin.
