PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being indispensable to reuse, reducing strength of a bolt and a nut by boring a pin hole in the bolt and the nut, or complicating work at a job site, when performing looseness preventive processing in a conventional bolt and nut. SOLUTION: This device has a bolt having a small diameter looseness preventive screw part in the longitudinal direction at an inverse pitch of a fastening male screw part on the tip of the fastening male screw part, a fastening nut threadedly engaging with the fastening male screw part of the bolt, and a looseness preventive member having a plate-like bendable looseness preventive collar and a collar fixing screw fixed to the looseness preventive collar and threadedly engaging with the looseness preventive screw part of the bolt. Thus, since the bent looseness preventive collar abuts on a side surface and a pitch of the fastening male screw part and a pitch of the collar fixing screw become mutually inverse, looseness of the fastening nut is prevented without changing fastening force.
