<p>Pressing jaw comprises a bent pressing element (12) having an inner surface (20) facing a press fitting during pressing and pressing ribs (22, 24) extending along the extension of the pressing element to press the pressing sleeve of a press fitting against a connecting end of a pipe. Two outer-lying pressing ribs (22) and two inner-lying ribs (24) are formed on the inner surface of the pressing element. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Pressing tool for pressing a press fitting with the above pressing jaw; and (2) Combination of a press fitting, a pipe end and a pressing tool.</p> |
