Even if isotropic elongation or distortion is generated on the installed base 2 of magneto-resistive effect elements 5a to 5c due to the temperature and the like, since the half-bridge circuit 7a and the half-bridge circuit 7b are influenced equally due to elongation or distortions, a bridge circuit 8 can offset such influences and can reduce the measurement errors due to the isotropic elongation or distortions caused by the temperature and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
