<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building management system for quickly and easily performing a maintenance and facilitating the management of a building 1. <P>SOLUTION: This building management system is provided with: a server 20 equipped with a database 21 for storing at least the position data of the supply of a building 1, supply data 100 including model data, history data 101 including the maintenance result of the building 1 and expert company data 102 as the information of an expert company 4 for performing the maintenance of the building 1, an acquisition means 22 for acquiring maintenance request 5 including the exchange or repair of the supply of the building 1, and for storing it in the database 21, and a notification means 24 for notifying at least one of the expert company 4 and a management company 3 of a maintenance request 5 acquired by the acquiring means 22; and a terminal 40 installed in the management company 3 of the building 1, and connected through a network 30 to the server 20 for inputting and referring to the various data of the server 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
