PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion system configured not to be subject to corrosion on a waterway structure thereof, even if cooling water (fluid) is flown to the waterway formed of a water cooling fin-equipped heat receiving member and a cover case. SOLUTION: The electric power conversion system comprises a heat receiving member 20 in which a semiconductor device 25 is mounted on the surface thereof via an insulating layer 26 and a water cooling fin 22 is provided on the underside thereof, and a cover case 30 mounted on the heat receiving member 20 to cover the water cooling fin 22 so as to form the waterway. The cover case 30 comprises a retainer 31 to face the underside of the heat receiving member 20, and a recess 32 for the waterway in which the water cooling fin 22 is fitted without touching thereto. An insulating sheet 40 is placed between the underside of the heat receiving member 20 and the retainer 31. Moreover, the heat receiving member 20 and cover case 30 are fastened by bolts 50, with an insulating collar 55 being placed between the bolts 50 and heat receiving member 20.
