Environment-friendly elastic pavement containing an ecological water-permeable pavement layer is provided to improve soil environment, to help the growth of roadside trees and surface plants by purifying pollutants contained in polluted rainwater and the air using an ecological water-permeable pavement layer, filtering floating materials using a non-woven fabric layer and supplying purified water to the soil. The environment-friendly elastic pavement is formed by forming a base layer composed of a rubble base layer(1) on the lower part, forming a non-woven fabric layer(2) composed of many non-woven fabrics on the base layer, forming an ecological water-permeable pavement layer(3) by paving ecological water-permeable pavement materials and tamping with a hot roller at 80°C, and tamping the circumference with a trowel and then curing for 12 hours, and forming a water-permeable elastic pavement layer(4) by paving water-permeable elastic pavement materials composed of 80 weight percent colored rubber chips having a particle size of 5mm and 20 weight percent wet-hardening one component polyurethane binder and tamping with a hot roller at 80°C, and then tamping the circumference with a trowel. |
