<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the reflecting surface of a reflector look brighter. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device is equipped with a lens 2 having a reflecting surface 2d to reflect the light from a light source 1, and has a reflector 3 having reflecting surface 3a to reflect the light from the light source 1 and the light from the reflecting surface 2d arranged on the opposite side of the lens 2 with a spacing from main optical axis LO of the light source 1.
