PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wallpaper having a high cushion rate as the wallpaper, excellent embossing-processability, excellent dew condensation preventing properties because of high moisture permeability and air permeability, and excellent discoloration resistance. SOLUTION: The wallpaper obtained by laminating a polypropylene film on a base material is regulated so that the whiteness of the polypropylene film may be≥60%, the cushion rate may be≥15% and the embossing rate may be≥10%.
