PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor facility having an installation to improve durability with respect to building structures. SOLUTION: In this passenger conveyor facility (1) having a main body frame 4 installed astride separated floors (2, 3), a reinforcement body 9 connecting the floors (2, 3) with each other is provided in the vicinity of the main body frame 4. By this structure, a strong building structure preventing displacement of a distance between the floors (2, 3) in the event of earthquake is provided.
