PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and practical ostomy pouch for solving a problem in conventional technique, and to provide its manufacturing method, and an ostomy prosthesis including the ostomy pouch. SOLUTION: The ostomy pouch includes a bag body having a first opening part for receiving excretions on one surface; and a flange attached to the circumference of the first opening part and having a second opening part. The bag body is composed of an in-water breaking sheet having a water resistance layer on one surface of in-water breaking paper. The flange is obtained by laminating a water-soluble adhesive or an adhesive made of a component to be broken by contact with water on one surface of the in-water breaking paper.
