An incinerator of wastes is provided to effectively remove harmful substances of exhaust gas due to incomplete combustion by completely burning wastes, and to utilize waste heat of combustion gas. An incinerator of wastes includes a combustion chamber, a cyclone for separating unburnt particles and dust from combustion gas through centrifugal force, and a dust collector for separating harmful gas from the combustion gas by using wash water. The combustion chamber includes a first combustion chamber(1) in which wastes are firstly burnt, and a second chamber in which combustion gas generated from the first combustion chamber is burnt. An upper air supply pipe(9) and a lower air supply pipe(10) are arranged on an inner wall of the first combustion chamber so as to supply air into the first combustion chamber. The upper air supply pipe has a plurality of nozzles(9a) inclined downward and the lower air supply pipe has a plurality of nozzles(10a) inclined upward so as to discharge air supplied to the first combustion chamber and lengthen the retention time of combustion gas in the first combustion chamber.
